"Like too many house movers, we had a traumatic moving day. We arrived in Hereford from Coventry with a packed couple of vans to find the previous owners still in the house with all their furniture and belongings still not packed, never mind removed! The Keebles team, who had worked tirelessly the previous day to get us ready to go, were then left hanging around waiting for these idiots to shift. Dave and his team even offered to help but were told by said idiots that that was 'not necessary'. The Keebles team were very late completing through no fault of their own but did a beautiful job without a complaint and then had a late night journey back to Coventry. They were so utterly professional, calm and polite that they put me to shame! This is the 3rd time my family has used Keebles Removals to move and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, not that we are planning to move again for a loooooooong time!
